1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "lk44", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the lk44 platform accessible at lk44.onl and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Platform" means the lk44 website, mobile interface, casino lobby, sports betting interface, and all related features and services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the lk44 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in your Account, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit credits awarded to your Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Funds" means funds deposited directly by you into your Account via a supported payment method, not subject to wagering requirements except where a deposit bonus has been claimed.

• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" means UTC+6, the time zone in which lk44 operates its support and platform services.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the lk44 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual promotion terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting lk44 support.

lk44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. See Section 13 for the full amendments policy.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the lk44 Platform in any capacity. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. lk44 takes its age verification obligations seriously and will suspend or permanently close any Account where the player is found to be under 21 years old, forfeiting all balances and any pending withdrawals.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The lk44 Platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. lk44 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh.

3.3 Mental Capacity

You confirm that you are of sound mind and are acting on your own behalf, free from any undue influence. If you have been diagnosed with a gambling disorder or have voluntarily enrolled in a self-exclusion programme — whether through lk44 or any other operator — you are not eligible to use the Platform.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the lk44 Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household members' credentials — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

lk44 is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any time:

• National Identification Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport
• Bangladeshi driving licence with photograph
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile bill dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash or Nagad account confirmation)

Failure to provide satisfactory identity documents within the time period specified by lk44 support may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

4.4 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. You must notify lk44 support promptly if any registered details change. lk44 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

lk44 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from lk44 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

In the event that you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact lk44 support immediately. lk44 reserves the right to freeze your Account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

lk44 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank transfers. Payment method availability may vary and lk44 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time.

6.2 Currency

All deposits, Account balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). lk44 does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is applied to Taka-denominated transactions.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are published on the Deposits & Withdrawals information page within the lk44 Account portal. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at lk44's discretion, including enhanced limits for VIP account holders.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must have been satisfied in full.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Funds balance.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where approved otherwise by lk44 compliance.

lk44 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of request approval, though processing times may vary depending on payment method and the volume of pending requests. lk44 accepts no liability for delays caused by payment processors or banking partners.

6.5 Deposit Source

You warrant that all funds deposited into your lk44 Account are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. lk44 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where satisfactory evidence is not provided.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by lk44 are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified before any withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements apply to the Bonus Funds amount, the deposit amount, or both — as specified in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; game contributions are published in the promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

lk44 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts where it determines in good faith that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts; placing bets that do not constitute genuine play; using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms rather than for genuine entertainment purposes.

7.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds and any associated free bets expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account Balance without notice.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Rules

Each casino game and sports betting market on the lk44 Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game or market interface. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

8.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic matches, ICC for international fixtures, FIFA for football). In the event of a disputed result, lk44's decision following review of official sources shall be final.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, lk44 reserves the right to void bets placed under those conditions and refund the staked amount to the player's Account Balance. lk44 shall have no further liability in respect of voided bets.

8.4 Disconnection Policy

lk44 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet connection failures, device failures, or other technical issues outside the Platform's infrastructure. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a Platform-side failure, the round will be reconstructed from server logs and settled at the point of interruption.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lk44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.

• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity.

• Allowing a third party to access or use your Account for any purpose.
• Engaging in any activity that harasses, threatens, or harms other players or lk44 staff.

10 Responsible Gaming

lk44 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players in Bangladesh. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to every Account holder, accessible at any time from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the length of individual gaming sessions and receive notifications when limits are approached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from accessing the lk44 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of lk44.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lk44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical errors or connectivity failures not attributable to lk44's core infrastructure.

• Losses resulting from changes to these Terms & Conditions of which you have been notified.

lk44's maximum aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits lk44's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by lk44's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

13 Amendments to These Terms

lk44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lk44 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the address held on Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The amended Terms will be published at lk44.onl/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected].

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to lk44's operating jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts relevant to lk44's registered operator.

In the event of any dispute between you and lk44, you are encouraged to contact lk44 customer support in the first instance at [email protected]. lk44 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels, lk44 will direct the player to the appropriate external dispute resolution process available under the operator's applicable jurisdiction.
